Something happens when brokenness stains our spirits. Secret, unresolved, or lingering hurts leak into our everyday lives, filtering into everything we think we know about who we are. We tend to question our value and meaning. We feel unimportant, ”less-than” or ”not good enough.” And we fall silent.
I’ve lived this, walked this habit of silence, but I’ve also grasped the hand of freedom that God offers. I craft these words of hope because I want women to experience that same freedom and joy. I want them to reclaim their stalled dreams and to live a full, free life.
So I share my story. And the stories of other brave-hearted women. Because it is often in this authentic sharing that others somehow uncover the permission to speak their own stories.

My wife told me a few years ago to start using my time more wisely. I was traveling for work quite a bit during that time and spent many weeks away from home in hotel rooms. I had the story line for Real Immortals rolling around in my head, and it wouldn’t go away. So I thought I would try to get it down on paper. A year and a half went by, and the manuscript was finished. Then the fun began. I thought the writing part was the hardest. RIGHT! The book went through two copy-edits, one complete re-write and much grammar edits before it was finally published on August 28, 2013. I only hope Immortal Vengeance goes quicker now that I have learned a few things.
My family has been amazingly supportive. My son Trever was instrumental in the first book, and now he is a co-author for the second.
My passion is to create a series of fantasy/fiction novels based on legendary biblical and fictitious characters and their direct intervention with the human race.

I write what I write to inspire others to be all they were created to be. The world is full of hurting people and many can find deliverance and peace if they understand how special they are. I find that there are so many people with low self-esteem, depressed, oppressed and etc. and most times it is because the individual has been emotionally, sexually, or physically abused. Damage from any kind of abuse can carry over into every aspect of a person’s life especially if the issues are not resolved. Therefore, I write to encourage others to forgive and ask forgiveness which ever applies to them and receive counsel if needed. I write from my own experiences, a minister’s perspective, and social worker. Not that I have all the answers but I sure can get a person going in the right direction to getting the help they need. The end results depends on the individual and whether they are willing to do what it takes to enjoy abundant life.

I have seen misguided teachings wreck the lives of people and churches. In my country, Mauritius, (the Republic of Mauritius is an island nation in the Indian Ocean about 2,000 kilometres off the southeast coast of the African continent.) Prosperity Gospel is making a mess. Many people recently fell victim to a large scale ponzi scheme. When it all came out, most of the investors were Pastors and Christians. There was even one church where practically all the members lost their money. This church was a prosperity Gospel advocate. I want Christians to know and understand that the reason to turn to God, is not about making money, but about salvation. Though the Bible does mention prosperity and blessings, I want them to know what God says about blessings and prosperity, not what MAN can spin out of it.

is my testimony. God claimed me in a Jerusalem church, where, as a practicing Jew I wasn’t supposed to be, and laid a trail of miracles that took me from broken by cancer and divorce to find love and happiness with a new husband of faith, my Boaz from Atlantic Canada.
God has given me the task of heartening and inspiring others. I do this through my own story and I help others grow in confidence to share theirs by helping them hone their testimonies. My site, http://testimonytrain.com, is just starting out. It will grow into a resource of testimony sharing and training. You can download a free Start Writing Your Christian Testimony Workbook. All aboard!

First and foremost I’m a storyteller. I love to entertain readers with pulse-pounding action, flawed–but intriguing–characters, and fascinating plots that have my readers asking, “How did he come up with that?” My tagline is “stories that ignite imaginations and stir souls…” I like to get people thinking about the world they live in from a very different perspective than they are used to, especially as it relates to the realm of the spirit, angels and demons, and the intersection of the biblical, scientific, and historical disciplines.
There is an ancient battle being fought around us on an hourly basis in the realm of the spirit. It regularly manifests in the natural, or terrestrial realm, yet few people really understand the true nature of the battle. Hence, many perish for lack of knowledge. Like Toto in the Wizard of Oz, I love pulling back the curtain and exposing “the wizard” for who he is–a short, balding, fat man from Kansas!
While all of my thrillers do have the purpose of provoking my readers to examine their belief system, at their core I hope they are simply good stories; the kind that keep you turning pages long after the sun goes down and make you wish there was more to read once you’ve finished. My heart is to figuratively serve up a ten course meal with each new story I tell, and leave my readers hungry for their next serving.

I initially started writing Fish Food because I had so many questions about who God is. This prompted me to start searching, and then I felt led to write a book called Fish Food.
Now, I write to help youth and young adults find an authentic relationship with God. I write to bring order to the thoughts that float within my mind. Writing helps me make sense of the world around me.
